No TV and an MCE Idea

For those of you who do not know, next week (4/25-5/1) is TV TurnOff Week. This is no joke. The scary part is that we are actualy going to take part in it. Looks like my MCE box will be working double time. So the game plan for tomorrow, after I get off of work, will be for my wife to catch up on Boofy The Vampire Slayer, my son to cram in as much Mario Kart as possible and I will try to get a little Xbox time in myself.

Speaking of Xbox, I was thinking that a really badass plugin for MCE would be to have access to your Xbox Live friends list. Think about it you are watching a program with in MCE and in the bottom right pops up a notice, "Smokeur420 has just logged into Xbox Live." Maybe this has already been suggested somewhere else if so I hope someone is listening.

Begining next week I will be blogging about my MCE setup and all of the "fishing" I have been doing the past week.
